Candy was the “best” and she made everything fun. All that knew Candy was blessed to have this wonderful lady pass through their life. There are so many memories of the last forty years and at the top is when our daughters gave us our grandchildren. I am sure her angel wings are glittering lace and she is wearing them with that Candy smile.

This is a hard one. Aunt Candy was one of the best women I've met. She was hilarious and just the most fun person to be around. I know that she's up in Heaven with her parents and Glenn and my mom and Grama and they're all watching down on Joey together, cheering him on for life! Love you, Aunt. Hope the shopping in Heaven is better than you could have imagined!

My sweet Candy'O" is now a sweet Angel in heaven. I will always love her, she was a kind, caring loving human being. Sher always put others before herself. My last visit was her 2 weeks ago, she was staring at me with those beautiful blue eyes. I told her how much I loved her, and she was able to give me a smile. I will never forget that moment. God bless.

Paige, Candy was a wonderful soul, so full of life and extremely friendly. 37 years ago I was first introduced to Candy through friends at John Crane. She was so patient with me during my early career. Over the many years and many projects, her passion for your work and her love of helping others never changed. She will be missed in many ways. I pray the wonderful memories from your time with her will help in the pain of losing such a beautiful person.

Candy, Debbie (Culver) Connell, Anita (Esser) Delagarza and myself grew up In Oakton Manor in Niles and shared many crazy pre-teen times together. She was a spitfire and always so full of life. As we grew up, we all went our separate ways, but that wonderful and crazy girl was always in my heart!

Tina Sun 2024-03-22 18:40:47

I actually just missed Candy as I was hired after she retired. It does speak volumes what an amazing person she was for newcomers to still hear how amazing she was even after she has already retired.

Kim Ellinger 2024-03-22 20:04:32

My sister. My sister. I will miss her forever but she will never be forgotten ever. She was my best friend as no one will know. We talked about what we did not like that our kids were doing or saying We talked so many private issues. We talked 3 times a day if not more. This will be time for me of healing. The lord did prepare me for this as losing my job in January and having time to go back and forth seeing her during her sickness I miss her so so much already. I know she is with me as we always had that special connection. Sisters are so special but some don’t get along. We did for sure and stayed so close. Everyone that knew Candy well knows my relationship with her. I will always love her and think of her until my days are gone. I love you my sister always and forever. Stay with me as I know you will. I LOVE you Sissy. You are with the Angels. I will see you again.

Candy will be missed by all who knew her. She was wonderful, warm, compassionate person who was also very feisty. In the old JC days, you could always count on Candy to get the job done. She took great pride in her work but her family was everything to her. I will keep Paige and all of Candy’s family in prayers. Rest easy my dear friend!
