Judy A. Behles, 79, of Huntley, formerly of Streamwood, died peacefully, July 16, 2024.
Judy was born December 2, 1944 the daughter of Matthew and Virginia Bathauer) Schmitz. On September 25, 1965 she married John F. Behles. Judy worked for Chicago Coin and later for Jorgensen Steel. Judy was devoted to her husband and children and grandchildren. She was always caring for the family. She enjoyed Christmas and watching the Hallmark Channel. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, John Behles, her sons, Christian (Cheri) Behles, Andrew (Maureen) Behles and Matthew(Crystal) Behles, by her eight grandchildren, Tristin, Analyse, Jake, Haley, Alexander, Taylor, Griffin, and Andrew.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, and by her brothers, Donald, and James and by her brother-in-law, Jerry.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 9-10am with a Mass at 10am all at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Lung Association.

We are so sorry for the loss of Judy. We loved her so much! She will be missed. Judy was an amazing friend to me. Judy was a friend, confidant, mother, and sister wrapped in a beautiful package. I can’t even imagine life without her. She loved and cared for family with all her being. Johnny, just remember we love you and your family. Our hearts break for you.
