Alta “Terry” Sikula, 92, died peacefully, August 5, 2024.
Alta was born April 25, 1932 the daughter of Howard and Mildred Ayers. She married Michael Sikula on April 25, 1953. She raised, trained, and showed horses in Huntley. Terry loved the outdoors and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Jodie (Jim) Kopfer, Randy (Cindy Jo) Sikula, and Jeff (Karen) Sikula and, by her five grandchildren ,Lindsey, Corey, Brittany, Hannah, and Kody by her four great grandchildren, Caden, Elijah, Levi, and Kinsley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael, her son Michael and grandson, Dakota.
A celebration of life gathering will be held August 29, 2024 from 3-6 pm at Nikos Grill and Pub 7509 S Grant Hwy, Marengo, IL 60152.

Terry was a very nice person, she always made me smile when she came in to the library!
