Obituary

Carolyn M. Cullen, 81, of Algonquin, died peacefully September 8, 2024 with her family by her side.
Carolyn was born December 30, 1942 the daughter of Walter and Viola Timm. Carolyn was the matriarch of the family, and most enjoyed spending time with her loved ones. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Norman (Judy) Cullen, Richard (Jen) Cullen and Tracie (Paul) Brown, by her grandchildren, Adam, Daniel, Jennifer, and Tristan, and great grandchildren Ashley, Emily, and Harry. She is also survived by her brother, Lawrence Timm.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and by her brothers, Darrell, Charles, and Lester.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 1-5pm at DeFiore Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 12 Noon at the funeral home.

I’m so sorry to hear about your mom. She was a wonderful person. Her , Sandy , and I had a lot of fun. I know she loved her family praying for all of u in your time of sorrow . She will be missed.
