Steve,Kim & Jackie, So sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. Knowing him since 1968 and then having the experience of working with him for 20 years I knew the real man. He was definitely one who lived his life the way he wanted and you all can be proud of him. Everyone who met or worked with him and knew him never had a bad word to say. My memories of the early days with your Mom and Dad still make me smile. Please stay safe, Uncle Bruce

Ronnie will be missed. We had a lot of fun on the River Forest Police Department including singing over the radio the song Concrete and Clay. Ron would go with me to the Union Grove Drag Strip where he would run shotgun for me because I was towing my corvette to the strip. He would not let anyone cut me off. I have so many great memories of us at the Grove. We would stop for lunch at Brats and Snots (as he referred to it.) Unfortunately, have not had much contact with him since my retirement. Tried to keep in touch but as usual time flies. Ronnie you will be missed by Cheri and myself. Our condolences to your children and grandchildren. May you rest in peace. Every time we hear that song; we think of you. Always, Tom and Cheri W.
