I am very sorry to read about Dave's recent death. I want to offer the condolences and prayers from the Sullivan Family to the Osman Family. Shirley, Dave built one of his first homes in McHenry County for my family in 1975. We still live in the same house. Dave did a great job building the house. It was a great experience working with Dave and other members of the family. My wife Peg loved our house. Sadly, like Dave, Peg passed away about a year ago. Thanks, Dave for building our "forever" home. Mike Sullivan

We will never forget that Dave helped our dream come true when he built our home on Red Barn Road in the 1970s. Nor will we ever forget the kindness of Shirley during this process. Please accept our deepest condolences. He made this world a better and more beautiful place.
