With hearts full of love and gratitude for her life, the family of Diane Schoenrock announces her peaceful passing on October 8, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born in Chicago on March 29, 1946, Diane lived a life rooted in faith, kindness, and simple joys.

She was a devoted wife to Dale Schoenrock of 37 years,
a loving mother to Children, Brent ( Nichol ) Allen,
Stacie Janak ( Shane English ) ,Michelle ( Rick ) Brueckmann, Brad Schoenrock

Grandchildren Mia Allen, Brady Allen, Finn Janak, Addison Janak,

Diane spent years on the sidelines of various sporting events cheering for her children and grandchildren.
Her love for her family was always felt, and we know it will last with us forever. She also enjoyed a good game of Rummikub and Mexican Train. She wasn't overtly competitive, but she enjoyed a win.

Diane's garden was her sanctuary, a reflection of her nurturing spirit and creativity.
She found beauty in every season, and her nickname was Snips. She loved tending to her landscaping to make it just right.

She also loved spending time with her friends, whether they were from high school at Cary Grove, coworkers at Walgreens or neighbors in Sun City.
It's a testament to her loyalty and love that she maintained friendships throughout various stages of her life.

She could often be found at the local mall finding the best bargain or meeting for book clubs.

Her steadfast faith in Jesus guided her life and comforted her in her last days. She was an active member of Trinity Lutheran where she was well known and volunteered various acts of service throughout the years. We know Dale welcomed her in heaven with the largest hug, and she's dancing merrily with her mother and father, Harry & Geri Benson.

Dianeโ€™s warmth, humor, and gentle heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Diane had such a huge kind and loving heart of Jesus; she lived her faith! I will miss talking with her at church! ๐ŸŽถHold Thou Thy cross before my closing eyes; Shine through the gloom, and point me to the skies. Heav'n's morning breaks, and earth's vain shadows flee; In life, in death, O Lord, abide with me.๐ŸŽถ. I am confident she is abiding with Him! May the PEACE of God which surpasses all understanding guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7

I am so sorry to learn that Diane passed away. We had fun playing Rummikub. We also shared a sad time when both our husbands were hospitalized at the same time in the same hospital, I remember how we were visiting them back & forth before the both passed away a few days apart. I pray that Diane is resting peacefully in the arms of our Lord Jesus! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Diane & Dale were, both, wonderful and worthy neighbors and "Jasper-Wockeys". We will all miss the a lot, especially Diane's Holiday lights around their home. May the Lord bless and keep her eternally.
