Judith A. Forman, 86, of Huntley, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026, with her loving family by her side.
Judith was born on November 11, 1939, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Harold and Josephine (Pashalla) Hammer. She married James Forman, who preceded her in death.
Judy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She enjoyed traveling, dancing, and spending time with friends. An exceptional homemaker, Judy took great pride in keeping a beautiful home and creating a warm and welcoming place for family and guests.
She is survived by her daughter, Julie Ann (Kyle) Suokas; her son, James (Darlene) Forman; her granddaughter, Samantha; and her brother-in-law, Robert (Carmella) Forman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Josephine Hammer; her husband, James Forman; and her sister, Phyllis Grubba.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley, Illinois. Entombment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights.
