January 30, 1931 - January 18, 2026
Dolores Tylka passed away on an early Sunday morning, January 18, 2026 with her daughter, Barbara and beloved granddaughter, Claire, at her side. She was just shy of her 95th birthday. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She now rests in peace and joins her parents, siblings and husband, Wendell, in eternal life.
She had a full life with years of fun, travel and socializing with fabulous, dear friends. She was an avid reader, lover of old movies, music and theatre, playing scrabble and doing crossword puzzles. She loved to cook and left as many great recipes. She was a great supporter of ProLife. She will be greatly missed but all will remember her loving, cheerful spirit.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25 at 9:00am, followed by Mass at 10am both at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley, IL.
