Blanca Rubia Manzanares
1956 – 2026
It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Blanca Rubia Manzanares, who passed away on August 30th. She was a loving and devoted wife to our father, Jorge Manzanares, and a loving and caring mother to George Alberto, Olvin Ernesto, Carlos Roberto, and Sindy Paola Manzanares.
Our mother’s heart was always full of love and devotion for her family. Together with our father, she brought us to this country so that we could have a better future. It brought her great joy to see her children grow up and prosper in their careers and family lives. She always wanted us to remain together and close to one another, supporting each other every step of the way.
Over the years, she became a loving grandmother to nine beautiful grandchildren. She was a very proud and caring grandmother to Kevin, Jacky, Giselle, Joshua, Tzitziqui, Eric, Carlos Jr., Sofia, and Diego. Her grandchildren always brought her immense joy and love. She would light up whenever she spent time with them and cherished every moment she had with them.
Our mother enjoyed many things throughout her life. Some of her favorite things included traveling to her native country of Honduras, eating Honduran food and ribs, and watching shark movies, especially Jaws. She also enjoyed spending time with the family pets, who were like family to her. She loved sharing time with them because they brought life and happiness to our entire family.
We will always remember our mother for the caring, loving, compassionate, and selfless person she was. She will forever remain in our hearts and memories.
We love you, Mom.

Jorge, I’m so sorry for the loss of your mom, Blanca. There really are no words that can take away the pain of losing someone so important in your life. I hope you find strength in all the beautiful memories you shared with her and in knowing that the love she gave you and your family will always be a part of you. A mother’s love never truly leaves us—it stays with us in our hearts, in the lessons she taught us, and in the person we become because of her. My deepest condolences to you and the entire Manzanares family. May Blanca rest in peace, and may God give you all strength, comfort, and peace during this incredibly difficult time. 🙏❤️ I’m here for you, brother. Anything you need.
