Lillian Faith ‘Faye’ Livingston
Lillian Faith Livingston, born February 16, 1957, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2026, following several years of health challenges.
Lillian, affectionately known as Faye, is survived by her husband, Kent Livingston; her daughter, Jennifer Kozelka of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; and her grandson, Korbyn Kozelka of Chicago, Illinois. She is also survived by her siblings, John (Rosalyn) Smith III, Patti (Dan) Crave, Charles Smith, Glenn (Gracen) Smith, and Lisa (Anthony) Haynie, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie Smith and John Smith II; her brother, John Lewis; and her sister, Carol Kastning.
Faye will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and friends and for her deep compassion for animals. She generously gave her time volunteering for several years at Helping Paws Animal Shelter in Woodstock, Illinois, a cause that held a special place in her heart.
A celebration of Faye’s life will be held on October 17, 2026, with an open house from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at The LaBahn Hain House, 149 Hilltop Drive, Lake in the Hills, Illinois. Family and friends are invited to gather, share their favorite memories of Faye, celebrate her life, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Helping Paws Animal Shelter in Woodstock, Illinois, or to Give Love for Life, a foundation dear to her daughter, Jennifer.
Faye’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family, her friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
