Patricia "Pat" Ann Lamantia, age 86, of Huntley, passed away on October 14, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Chicago on May 15, 1940, the daughter of Chester and Lottie (Konieczny) Rompala.
Pat is survived by her husband, Anthony Lamantia; sons, Scott (Deborah) Lamantia and Todd Lamantia; and grandchildren, Isabella, Vincent, Alyssa, and Sarah.
She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson Ryan; and two brothers, Dennis and Allen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at DeFiore Funeral Home, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley.
A second visitation will be held from 9am until the time of her Funeral Mass at 10am on Monday, October 19, 2026, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Entombment will follow at 2pm at Windridge Cemetery in Cary.
