John S. Lewis, 58, died peacefully, February 26 2014 at his home.
A celebration of John’s life will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2014 from 4-8 pm at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley, with a time of sharing at 7:30pm.

John was born October 31, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Glenn and Dawn Lewis. He married Susan K. Anthony on April 6, 1991. John’s hallmark quality was his committment to a job well done. He took great pride in his horse farm, Creekside Quarter Horses. Often as you drove into the farm with the manicured lawn and three board white fence you would see him hard at work. He was a member of the NRHA and had a great love of horses.
He was liked and respected by everyone in the circuit board business. His hard work and dedication were apparent in his 34 years.
He is survived by his wife, Susan, brother, Chuck Lewis, Sisters, Tammy (George) Weber, and Holly (Robert) Rice. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Glen, Lindsey, Rebecca, Sean, Emily, Allison, Tracie and Andrew.
