Dear Lindsey and Lauryn, Hugs to you both! I remember when your mom left you with me as you started kindergarten. She loved you both and was so proud of you! She always enjoyed visiting the room and watching you learn. I will always remember your mom with fondness. She raised 2 amazing daughters! God bless you both! With prayers and thoughts of you! We were blessed to meet Jeannine early in her adult life and from the minute Gerry introduced her, we loved her. She was so much more than the sum of all her parts and she made all around her shine more brightly. Gerry, though distance eventually separated us, we hold you, your family and Jeannine in our hearts. Peace, Strength and Love.

I am deeply saddened by reading about Jeannine's passing. I had the privilege to become "soccer friends" with her when our daughters played for Huntley Park District years ago (Morgan was my daughter). We sat together and cheered and other times I would run into her either driving somewhere or at Target and Jewel. I just saw her last fall in Target and we talked about the girls and school. God bless the Tassell Family during this difficult time. Gloria, Mark, Lindsey & Morgan Mammen

To the Tassell Family I had the blessing of working with Jeannine on a limited basis at the hospital. She was always smiling and said hi to me when she saw me. A very sweet and kind, patient and understanding woman. May Gods Strength and Guidance be with you all and you are in my prayers.

My deepest sympathy to the Beugnet and Tassell families. Jeannine was a wonderful person and a pure joy. I am so grateful for her kindness and friendship back in the late 1980s, when we met at the White Hen Pantry in Roselle. May God bless both of your families at this time of sorrow. Jeannine is at peace and without pain now.
