Edward M. Healy, 72 of Des Plaines, passed away at his home on Monday, June 9, 2014.
He was born November 22, 1941 in Chicago, the son of Edward J. and Esther E. (Gregory) Healy. He had been employed for many years as a sheet metal worker.
Ed is survived by his brother, Thomas J. (Judy) Healy of Lafayette, Colorado, his sister, Maryann (Wally) Pepsnik of Algonquin and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial gathering will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass on Monday, June 16, 2014 at the St. Mary Catholic Church, 10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. Memorials in his name may be made to the charity of your choice.
