John Patrick Curley III., 62, of Pingree Grove went to be with our Lord on September 18, 2014 .
John was born February 12, 1952 in Milford, Massachusetts the son of John and Ann Curley. On September 8, 1978 he married Phyllis Brunelle.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis, his daughter, Heather (Matt) and his granddaughter, MaryKate, whom he loved very much. He is also survived by sisters, Sally Ann Curley and Mary Lynn Evers (Russell), as well as many nieces and nephews.
John was an avid golfer, accordion player and worked hard as a Business Development Manager in the automotive industry for many years.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 26th from 4-7 pm at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. Visitation will also be at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley, from 9-10 am on Saturday, September 27, 2014 followed by a funeral Mass at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Special Olympics or Grafton Food Pantry.

So sorry to hear of Johnny's passing He and my brother Lou were life long best friends. I remember them together all the time.Now they are together in heaven laughing and joking like old times.

Phyllis I am deeply saddened to hear about John. All of us at Carquest auto parts will miss him deeply. We will have you in our thoughts and prayers. John was a great friend and mentor and I will remember him always. I still have the dresser from when you moved from Florida. And also John took me golfing and I still have the gift card he gave me.
