Raymond Paul Campbell, 71 of Huntley, died peacefully, October 12, 2014 at Journeycare Hospice in Woodstock.
Visitation will be on Friday, October 17, 2014 from 3:00-7:00pm with a service at 7pm at DeFiore-Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Wounded Warrior Project 230 W Monroe Street, Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60606
Raymond was born January 20, 1943 in Pittsburgh, PA. the son of Charles and Geraldine Campbell. He served as a Radioman in the United States Navy. On April 30, 1966 he married Catherine Banachoski.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine, his children, Raymond E. (JaneAnne) Campbell, Dawn M. (Duke) Gerakis, Adam (Teri) Campbell. He is survived by his grandchildren, Amber, Kyle, Jacob, Haylee, Xander, Aiden, Richard, Lizzie, Caden and Nick. He is also survived by his sister, Pat (Chuck) Draksler.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Charles and Art Campbell.
