I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Charlotte. While I only got to spend a few hours with her just a week or so ago, it was clear to see that she lived up to her last name. I so enjoyed my visit with her, and am saddened to hear of her passing. Please accept my condolences on the loss of your very special wife, mom and grandmother.
