Obituary

Diane M. Saia, 68 of Sun City, Huntley, passed away at her home on Tuesday, September 08, 2015 following a lengthy illness.

She was born November 21, 1946 in Chicago, the daughter of Ronald A. and Elaine (Gjonola) Sibenaller, Sr. She was united in marriage to Samuel A. Saia, Sr. on July 28, 1966 in Chicago. Diane had worked in the banking industry most of her career retiring as a Vice-President.

She is survived by her husband, Sam of Huntley, her sons, Sam (Michele) Saia Jr., of Schaumburg, Ron (Laurie) Saia of Carpentersville and Anthony (Michelle) Saia of Lake In The Hills, her daughter, Gloriann (Michael) Stangle of Crystal Lake, her grandchildren, Jordan Marie & Joseph, Nicholas & Nina, Wyatt, Rachael & Dean Anthony, Miranda & Marissa, her sisters, Gloria Sibenaller of Schaumburg and Gail Sibenaller of Chicago, also many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Ronald and David.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10th and a Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 11th at the DeFiore-Jorgensen Funeral & Cremation Service, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley.

Thoughts and prayers to all of you. Always loved your mother, She always treated me like one of her own. As a young man, spent many memerable sleepovers and many great times with her and the whole family. Great memories. Fondly, Billy
