Ruth A. Heabler, 79 of Huntley, formerly of Kenosha and Mt. Prospect died peacefully November 9, 2015 at home with her family by her side.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-7pm at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home- 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on 10:00am on Monday at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Journeycare Hospice.
Ruth was born February 12, 1936 in Kenosha, WI the daughter of Frank and Matilda (Kirsch) Stukel. On July 3, 1954 she married Frank D. Heabler. She was a member of St. Mary Church, and part of the prayer shawl ministry. Ruth loved to bowl, golf, garden and loved to play cards.
She is survived by her loving husband, Frank D. Heabler, her children, Nancy Moreno, and Frank D. Heabler, Jr. and by her grandchildren, Jessica and Frank Joseph. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Matilda and by her brother, Raymond Stukel.
