Patricia S. “Patty” Siem, 56 of Dundee died November 28, 2015.
A time of remembering and celebrating Patty’s life will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2015 from 2-4pm at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
Patty was born September 5, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Ronald and Shirley Siem. She was a devoted mother, an avid White Sox fan and she enjoyed doing crafts, gardening and spending time with her cat Rocky.
She is survived by her parents, Ronald and Shirley Siem, her children: Ashley, Branden and Corrin Napolitan and by her grandson, Vincent Jimenez. She is also survived by her 2 brothers, Mark and Joey Siem.
