Your husband and dad was one of the very first officers I met in the old CC room when I started out. He knew his job and seemed to really enjoy it, and it showed. Imagine all the people who called for help, and imagine all the help he sent. May Sam know Gods peace and presence now and forever.
Sam was one of the best dispatchers the in the history of the CPD. My condolences to the family.
In 1968 I worked in the 018th District. I can still remember Sam dispatching through all the turmoil of the Day. He was a real Professional. My condolences go out to Sam's family.
