Robert G. Beaupre passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at the age of 84 peacefully at home.
Robert was born May 16, 1931 in Kankakee, IL the son of Rozella and Adelore. Loving brother of Bonnie (John) Clark and Glenn (Sheila) Beaupre. He is also survived by his sister-in-laws, Donna (Jack) Walsh, Sharon Hansen and Shirley (Ray) Ultsch. Robert graduated from St. Josephs College and received his Masters degree from National College. After graduation he served in the Korean War and was a proud veteran. He taught in school district 59 for 31 years. Robert was the proud owner of Village Sports and Mr. Bo’s Landscaping. Always active within the community of Elk Grove he was integral in starting the Elk Grove Park District, Pop Warner football, original Peony Parade and one of the first Presidents of the Elk Grove Jaycees. Robert was a resident of Elk Grove for 46 years and most recently resided in Sun City, Huntley. Robert was on the Sun City Board of Directors for two terms. He also earned his CASA Certificate in 2014 and was an advocate for children. In his free time Robert loved fishing, golfing, traveling, sports, coaching and his family.
He is survived by his wife, Pat of 59 years and his four children, Kathy Beaupre, Lorrie (Craig) Johnson, Michael (Cindy) Beaupre, Bill (Cathy) Beaupre and he is preceded in death by his son, Robert E. Beaupre. Proud grandfather of T.R (Trisha)., Craig Jr.(Brittany), Michelle (Anthony), Megan, Jessica (Josh), Michael (Kelsey), Katie, Melissa, Gabby and Austin and great grandfather of Noah, Emma, T.R. Jr., and Eleanor.
Visitation will be Friday from 4-8pm at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:00 Noon Saturday at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Burial will be at St. Michael the Arch Angel Cemetery.

Just saw this and am very sad. Billy told me last fall that Mr. Bo was ill but I did not hear the news. Mrs. Bo and all the family, I loved Mr. Bo because he mad me laugh often! RIP.
