Khamsing Morakoth, 91 of Elgin, passed away on Sunday morning, February 7, 2016 at Presence Saint Joseph Hospital in Elgin.
She was born March 2, 1925 in Laos the daughter of Khay and Kham Thoulavanh. She married Keo Morakoth on January 1, 1943. Khamsing came to the United States on July 29, 1989 to make her home.
She is survived by her children, Kysone Morakoth, Mixay Suthi, Keutkeo Sayarath, Kobkeo Morakoth, Somchay Morakoth, Vasana Morakoth, Thavone Morakoth, Saypaseuth Morakoth and Somkhit Morakoth and numerous grandchildren.
Services will be from 12:00 Noon -4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the DeFiore-Jorgensen Funeral & Cremation Service, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. For more information please call 847-515-8772 or online condolences can be submitted below.
