Sophia Kozlowski (Wyhinnyj) 62, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2016.
Sophia was a caring & loving mother and friend. She had a heart of gold and just adored her family and friends. She loved to cook, crochet, and work in her garden. She found relaxation outside soaking up the sun, enjoying her morning coffee. The memories, the moments, the laughs and the tears, shared with her will always live on forever. She will be forever in our hearts and never forgotten.
Sophia was born August 9, 1953 in Brazil, the daughter of Miroslaw & Helen Wyhinnyj. Sophia was preceded in death by her parents, father-in-law & her beloved husband, Richard. She was a loving mother to Jason (Kimberly) Kozlowski and Katie (Brian) Wojtanowski. Sophia was a cherished grandmother of Andrew, Alyssa, Olivia, Amber & Brynn. Also survived by her sister Maria (David) Antink; cousin George (Pat) Wyhinny; mother-in-law Helen Kozlowski; brothers-in-law George & John Kozlowski; sister-in-law Christine (Rich) Doroba; nieces and nephews Mark, Matthew, Timothy, Kristin, Brianna, Jonny, Anne, and Lea. Sophia will be missed dearly by her loyal and loving dog, Skippy.
