Ann Vutera, 98, formerly of Grayslake, passed away on Wednesday morning, April 6, 2016 in Woodstock.
She was born October 20, 1917 in Chicago, the daughter of Joseph and Ann (Laniak) Znoy. She worked for Echo Manufacturing for many years, retiring in 1982. She especially enjoyed her family, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, bowling, bunco and playing cards.
She is survived by her daughter, Dolores (Leonard) Cardascio of Huntley, her son, Joseph (Leona) Vutera of Mustang, Oklahoma, her grandchildren, Katherine Wilmoth (Ray), Robert Bowman (Rita), Elizabeth Bowman, Rhonda Vutera, Mallorie Meyers (Bob), Amy Perry (Chris) & Scott Nemiro (Kari), her great-grandchildren, Cory, Sean, Bobby, Celia, Katie, Crystal, Zachary, Spencer, Tanner, Dexter, Bailey & Tyler. She was preceded in death by her son, Donald and daughter, Barbara, her granddaughter, Deena, her brothers, Joseph, Frank & Edward and her sisters, Alice and Mary.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. and the family will greet friends after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 16th at the DeFiore-Jorgensen Funeral & Cremation Service, 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley.
