My Uncle Bob was diagnosed with such a lengthy illness. He had such personal determination. He live his life fearlessly- wanting to always to live a better life. His wife Nancy was his guiding light. I was very fortunate to be his Florence Nightingale praying with him and sharing his painsorrows. I was very fortunate to spend time with him during his Journey. Him and his wife showed an amazing love for each other and commitment. It was very therapeutic for him to have all of us comfort him and be there during his time and to say goodbye. He has inspired me not to be afraid. Instead embrace death and the future continued Journey with our Lord Jesus.
