Jamie R. Ripplinger, 69, of Huntley, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016.
She was born September 24, 1946 in Baraboo, Wisconsin, the daughter of James and Mildred (Caflish) Royer. She was united in marriage to John E. Ripplinger on July 5, 1969. Jamie had worked as a waitress for many years.
She is survived by her husband, John of Huntley, her children, Joshua Ripplinger of Pontiac, Michigan, Jacob Ripplinger of Hazel Park, Michigan, Wendy (Cooper) Towers of Maryland and Michael Whitfield of California and her grandchildren, Cassidy, Carter & Christie.
A memorial service will be announced for later this spring.

John, we were sorry to see on Facebook that Jamie had passed away a few days ago. John, you and Jamie were always two of my favorite students and I still have warm memories of your time at K.T.I. Kris and I also remember attending your wedding in Baraboo, it's so hard to believe so many years have passed. You probably don't remember, but my first daughter was named Jamie; you were both very special to us. We're sorry we never were able to visit with you in Huntley.
