Dear Gloria...I am so sorry for your loss. I was gone on vacation out of state and was not working when I heard the news. I am not aware of any details about his death but am so sorry I wasn't here at hospital to say goodbye. Please know we all thought a lot of Tom and got to know him pretty well over the years. He was a great man and loved his family very much! God bless Tom, you and the family. Take care of yourself...sincerely Ann Respiratory Woodstock.
