Peter J. Floreani, 80 of Huntley died peacefully, May 14, 2016.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Wednesday at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00am on Thursday at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley.
Peter was born August 4, 1935 in Italy the son of Eliseo and Anna (Moretti) Floreani. He married Linda Fantini January 11, 1964. He served in the Army and worked as a Carpenter. He was an avid Bocce player and played on the Sun City League, he also loved the Cubs.
He is survived by his wife, Linda, his daughters, Donna (Dan) Tabor, Paula (Ken) Strickland and Laura (John) Sofere and by his six grandchildren, Alicia, Jennifer, Jessica, John, Cristina and Joseph. He his preceded in death by his sister, Susan Franceschinis.
