Kathleen “Kathy” Wickersheim, 69 of Rockford, formerly of Schaumburg died peacefully, April 27, 2017
A visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-7pm with a service at 7pm all at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home-10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Alden Park Strahmoor Transitional living-5668 Strathmoor Dr., Rockford, Il 61107
Kathy was born January 15, 1948 the daughter of Hilary and Loretta Noesen. She was a devoted mother and homemaker. The phrase “Kathy loves everybody” rang true throughout her whole life. She was kind, generous, gracious and loving to all she met. She enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time at the cabin in Wisconsin. Kathy will be remembered as someone who was a shining light and beautiful on the inside and on the outside.
She is survived by her loving son, Roy (Kerri) Wickersheim and her brother, Tom (Bev Pinnelli) Noesen. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Barbara.
