John J. Dini, 86 of Algonquin, died peacefully, July 1, 2017
Visitation will be on Monday, July 10, 2017 from 4-9pm and Tuesday 9:00 to 10:00am at DeFiore Jorgensen Funeral Home 10763 Dundee Road, Huntley. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 10:00am at St. Mary Catholic Church-10307 Dundee Road, Huntley. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Hillside. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to a charity of one’s choice.
John was born October 16, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois the son of John and Maria Dini. He served in the United States Air Force. On July 12, 1952 he married Mary Jane Spielman. He worked as an Accountant until his retirement. John loved Vegas, playing the horses and playing pinnacle. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who lived life to the fullest. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his children, Mike Dini and Lisa Dini and by his grandson, Anthony (Katie) Dini and by his great grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, and Abigail, and also survived by his sister, Yolanda Guzzetta and by his daughter-in-law, Lorene Dini. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane and by his son, John.

Hello, My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Your father had done our taxes for many years. We always enjoyed our yearly visit with him. He loved to talk about his family and his love of Vegas. He will be truly missed. He was a very kind man.
