Jamie G. Lombardo, 49 of Dwight, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday morning, October 17, 2017 at the Morris Hospital in Morris, Illinois.
He was born on July 5, 1968 in Evanston, Illinois and as adopted by Patricia (Lombardo) Strzok who at the time resided in Schiller Park. At an early age while living in Arlington Heights, Jamie was diagnosed with Degenerative Brain Disease. For the past thirty years he resided at the William Fox Developmental Center in Dwight, where he received excellent and loving care by the staff. He will be missed.
Jamie is the beloved son of Patricia (Lombardo) Strzok and his step-father is Adam Strzok of Huntley, he is survived by his brother, Bill (Shawneah) Lombardo Jr., his sisters, Carolyn Anderson, Deborah Strzok and Elizabeth Kral, also several nieces and nephews.
Jamie is finally at peace and with his devoted grandparents, Jeanette and Walter Serwatka who loved him dearly.
